Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

We do not limit orders. You can purchase as many products as you like and we will ship the packages accordingly. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Check the status of your most recent orders by using the tracking code we have given you.
If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us via our Contact form and with the order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:
1. Check with any neighbors and/or family members
2. Check for a notice of attempted delivery in your mailbox
3. Contact the delivery company with your tracking number
4. Contact us for further investigation
