Caviar of Switzerland orders are shipped on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays) and are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the order’s ship date.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery date for your convenience. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
Free shipping is offered on all orders placed on our website. We understand that getting your purchased items quickly is important so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect your package to be dispatched within 1 working day.
Shipments sent to your country might be subject to import duties and or taxes imposed by the specific country. These costs are your expense and in addition to your invoice charges. Please contact your local customs office for details.
If you receive damaged goods or customs will not release the package to you for any reason, we will replace your order or reimburse your account within 30 days of receipt, subject to photographic evidence. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, returned in the original packaging, with original labels. No returns are accepted for any other reason apart from the aforementioned. The shipping fees for the return package will be incurred by the customer.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undelivered. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered.
